Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 1780 platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering or logging in to your 1780 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing our services in Malaysia.

1780 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Creation & Verification

To access the full range of 1780 services, you are required to register an account using information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Users must be at least 18 years of age. Registration using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance held within them may be forfeited in accordance with platform policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you have authorised it. Please contact the 1780 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users agree to use the 1780 platform for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform.
Engaging in fraud, collusion between players, or any form of match or game manipulation.
Posting content that is offensive, misleading, or harmful to other users.
Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of 1780's systems.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary.

Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 1780 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, DuitNow, and other approved digital payment options.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. 1780 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information submitted by the user. Withdrawals require full identity verification before they can be processed.

1780 reserves the right to withhold payments for security review or compliance purposes, and will notify users within a reasonable timeframe.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

1780 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or system failures beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1780 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 1780 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. 1780 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to these links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension Policy & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

1780 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice. In confirmed cases of fraud or illegal activity, all funds in the account may be forfeited. Users whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal through our customer support channels.

Changes to Terms

1780 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or their registered email address. Continued use following such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the relevant Malaysian courts.
